History: By Talos this can't be happening
Personality: Kim likes to keep a very polished facade due to his work. He's short and slight compared to other RCM officers and his reputation has often been forfeit because of this, plus he has a history of being bullied dating back to grade school, so appearances as a well-kept, put together, confident officer are very important to him and as such he struggles with expressing himself. But underneath the layers, he's a bit of a geek, passionate about cars and a big fan of tabletop games, and he is deeply loyal and a good judge of character.

Initial Game Plan: Kim is currently kind of upset and having trouble wrapping his brain around dream world nonsense. But Harry is here, which, despite Harry's penchant for bullshit, makes him feel safer.
RP Interests: It'll take him a while, but once he gets comfortable, Kim will enjoy being in a judgement-free space and letting himself have fun for a while, even if it can't last. I'd really like for him to make some friends!
NSFW Interests: To be honest, he's probably just going to bang Harry. He's gay, in his 40s, and very repressed. His options are pretty limited anyway.
